- When is my billing cycle?
- Billing cycles are monthly by default. If you choose the annual plan, you are billed upfront for 12 months. You can cancel or downgrade at any time from your dashboard settings.
- How do overages work?
- We monitor your execution volume in real-time. If you exceed your tier's limit, your pipelines will continue to run, but you will be charged the standard overage rate of $0.002 per execution for the additional volume.
- Can I add team members later?
- Yes. The Builder plan supports unlimited pipelines but capped team seats. You can upgrade to Scale to increase your team seat count. Enterprise plans offer custom seat licensing.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your pipelines and code are yours to keep. If you downgrade to Starter, your active pipelines will be archived, and logs older than 7 days will be purged from our servers. You can always re-activate your paid plan to restore full access.
