  • Account Data: Name, email address, organization details, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe). This is required to create and manage your BotMatrix account.
  • Usage Telemetry: Technical data regarding your usage of the platform, including API request counts, response times, error rates, and browser/device information (via Google Analytics). This helps us monitor system health and performance.
  • Bot Execution Metadata: Information related to the execution of your pipelines, such as pipeline names, node identifiers, execution status (success/failure), duration, and latency metrics. This is essential for debugging and observability.

  • Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and secure the BotMatrix platform, including authenticating users, processing bot executions, and managing billing.
